Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may return a product if:
✔ It is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
✔ It is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
✔ The return request is made within 2 days of delivery.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Used, washed, or damaged items not due to our fault.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

2. Return Process

🔹 Step 1: Contact us at jagdamba@gmail.com or call 987568970 within 2 days of delivery.
🔹 Step 2: Provide order details and clear images of the product if damaged.
🔹 Step 3: We will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to return the item.
🔹 Step 4: Once received, we will inspect the item and process your return.

📦 Return Shipping:
✔ If the return is due to damage or an incorrect item, we will bear the return shipping cost.
✔ If returned for any other reason (change of mind), you may be required to cover the shipping charges.

3. Refund Policy

💳 Refunds will be issued through your original payment method within 5 business days after return approval.

✔ If paid via Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking: Refunds will reflect within 7-10 business days.
✔ If paid via Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be credited as store credit or via bank transfer.

❌ Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product does not pass the quality inspection.
  • The return request is made after the return period.

5. Order Cancellation

✔ Before Shipping: You can cancel your order within 5 hours for a full refund.
✔ After Shipping: Orders cannot be canceled but can be returned after delivery.
